An excellent product. My doctor prescribed it for support and better rehabilitation following a fracture. Vitamins D3 and K2 aid the proper absorption of calcium, vital for maintaining strong bones. Vitamin K2 directs the mineral straight to the bone tissue, avoiding deposits in blood vessels, joints, and kidneys.

Vitamin K maintains calcium balance in the body, essential for cardiovascular health and bone density. Iodine is vital for thyroid hormone production. Consulting with a doctor before use is advisable.

FOR IMMUNITY AND HEART HEALTH! A reliable brand that truly works. Magnesium and calcium are vital for maintaining many biological processes. With high physical and mental stress, these trace elements are indispensable for my heart and skeletal muscles, compensating for deficiencies in bone and dental tissues. Calcium is involved in blood coagulation and muscle contractions. Magnesium supports heart muscle functioning and energy processes, while zinc is essential for intestinal cell function, bone growth, and my immune system.

After using this for three weeks, I developed significant stomach pain. I ceased taking it since it's advised to take on an empty stomach, which exacerbated my discomfort.

Quick relief

My husband often experiences bone pain. On a friend's recommendation, we tried this complex instead of vitamin B injections, and it genuinely works; relief comes quickly, and discomfort vanishes. This vitamin is now a staple in our first aid kit. The liquid form is very convenient – just drops under the tongue.

I want to share my unpleasant experience after being diagnosed with polyarthritis due to these vitamins. The calcium isn't absorbed and forms outgrowths on the bones. I'm currently undergoing treatment. Always consult your doctor before taking such supplements!
